2 · Who's coming?

We ask for each guest's name and menu choices so the venue can look after everyone properly. Please tell us about any allergies in the notes.

Your menu choices aren't final. Give us your best idea of what you and your guests would like on the night. We'll email everyone in January or February 2027 to confirm, and whatever you tell us then is what goes to the hotel. If we don't hear back, we'll simply go with the choices you make today.

3 · Your contact details
Check your junk folder. The site is new, so our emails often land there. Add [email protected] to your contacts — or just reply to your confirmation — so you don't miss the email in early 2027 asking you to confirm your menu.
Payment: the button reserves your seats and takes you to our payment page, where you can pay by card or by bank transfer — whichever suits you. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Booking a table? Banks sometimes block larger card payments to sites they don't recognise. If your card is declined, please approve it in your banking app or ring the number on your card and try again — or simply pay by bank transfer instead, which banks don't block. And do tell us if you get stuck.
Refunds: we'll refund ball tickets in full up to 31 January 2027 — just email [email protected]. After that we can't refund, as final numbers are confirmed with the hotel by then. You're welcome to pass your seat to someone else at any time; just tell us the name so the guest list and catering are right.
The Good Citizens

Your band for the night — The Good Citizens

A Bradford-based three-piece covers band with over a decade of experience playing weddings, parties and festivals across Yorkshire. Their set draws from Motown, reggae, rock and pop, and they won Best Covers Act at the 2024 Bradford Music Scene Awards. They are also the writers and performers of "Take Me Home, Midland Road", the official anthem of Bradford City AFC. Regular fixtures include Valley Parade, Bingley Music Live and Saltaire Festival.
